Monday, March 30, 2026 Eagle Creek (Indianapolis), IN This has been the craziest week ever! Our Tuesday was a better than normal day, then came dinner... we ate with a member named Cleopatra. She is from Africa and she fed us Spilt Pea Soup with rice. At first I thought, I can do pea soup, then she tells us there are pig feet in the soup...so I avoided the big pieces of meat. Oh my goodness, is was so spicy! But I ate it, it was good just really spicy. I got to meet Sister Shawcraft and Tuckett (they are the senior sisters in our ward) they are so funny! Wednesday was Zone Conference! It was super good, we talked a lot about being all in. Which to me really meant all the way in every part of missionary work! I also loved the idea that Jesus went all the way in the atonement. He didn't just atone for sins but for everything unfair about life, and that through Him everything will be all right. We met a member who moved here from Moorseville! She is from Ethiopia, and she also wants t...

Monday, March 23, 2026 Eagle Creek IN  This week has been absolutely wild! I remember none of the beginning part of this week, and it has been the longest week ever! In t ransfer news both Sister Dahl and I left Mooresville and they are putting in two different sisters. Sister Dahl went to Indy and I came to Eagle Creek.  I have s o many feelings, I'm excited for this transfer and a new area, but sad to leave the place I was for six months! I'm so excited for Shirley and Dylan who both still have baptism dates in Mooresville and I'm excited for the sisters in Mooresville that will be taking over our work. Oh my goodness, I love my new companion Sister Smith!  She is so awesome and amazing! She has so much energy and personality I love it! We have already found three people this week!  Every Friday we visit with a member and she is just the sweetest; she has a strong belief in the church. I loved getting to spend time with her and getting to know her!  W e had so...

Monday, March 16, 2026 Mooresville, IN This week we had an exchange with Sister Blood and Sister Moncur, we went to campus, but I didn't actually have the chance to go on campus.  I still learned a lot!  Let me start by saying that I'm completely fine and so is my bike (and the car), but on Thursday, I was hit by a car.  We were biking home because we had a member waiting to pick us up for dinner and we were running late.  The road we were riding on doesn't really have a bike lane, so cars typically have to go around us.   We needed to turn left and I thought we were clear to do so; I didn't see that a car was trying to go around us.  Basically I turned into his path.  He sped up to avoid hitting me directly so I only ended up hitting the back of his car.  I fell off my bike and popped right back up, moved my bike off the road, and was ready to have an embarrassing conversation with the driver. Luckily, he was super nice and said  "I jus...

Monday, March 9, 2026 Mooresville, IN This week was wild and so full of miracles! It rained so much! So much! I think Tuesday it rained consistently all day (we were biking).  Every break we had we had to go home and throw our clothes into the dryer.  I felt like Gene Kelly all day because I got to sing in the rain! Sister Dahl and I used my hair dryer to get dry at dinner.  It really only rained heavily on the days we were biking, and on the days we had a car it was nice and sunny out. I can't complain though because it was sunny!   We were able to find 5 people this week! Which is such a miracle because we haven't been able to find anyone in a fat minute.  I think we found at least one person a day this week, it was so good!  I also hit my six month mark (1/3 of the way done with my mission) another miracle. We received a referral from some sisters on Temple Square and when we got his information he was on date for baptism without being taught anythi...

Monday, March 2, 2026 Mooresville, IN This week was so awesome! I can't remember most of it but I know that I liked it. We went to the Temple this week!  It was so good, I love that every time I go I learn more about Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ and their plan for me. Sister Dahl and I were able to minister to a girl outside of the temple that we noticed was crying. This experience really helped me understand what ministering to the one can look like. We had a really good lesson with Shirley this week.  She is understanding more and is very ready to be baptized.  We had a lesson with our friend Grace and she is progressing well! We taught her the restoration and she was like, "that makes sense", she is awesome. We had four of our friends attend church on Sunday, this was such a miracle! We haven't had a lot of friends at church! Grace came and Shirley, Julius who is a referral was able to make it, and so was Lawrence (someone who was taught in the past) he reached...
