Sister Comaduran: Indiana Indianapolis Mission

 Monday, April 27, 2026 Eagle Creek, Indiana This week was so amazing and great!  This was the last full week of the transfer which is crazy! We had lots of lessons lined up this week and only one went through (which is typical).  Tuesday we got to spend some time with a member and get to know her better, she is so funny! On Wednesday we did some service for another Sister in the ward, she has a ton of animals.  We helped with her garden and then had lunch with the senior sisters. Thursday one of our friends called us up and wanted to meet and talk about Jesus, his lesson didn't go through after all.  Then we went to another member's house and taught her about Christ's life on earth; although she really she taught us!  Friday we were heading to District Council and I got to see Sister Oldham (my first companion and trainer).  Ahhhh I missed her so much! Monday, April 20, 2026 Eagle Creek, Indiana This week was so much fun!  On Tuesday I turned 20...Holy Cow that's crazy! The senior sisters took us to dinner and Sister Smith and I did birthday cake together!  Then we decided to give Sister Smith some cornrows for bed!  On Wednesday we did some service, helping move a family into our ward; it was so hot and we had to use the stairs because the elevator was broken and they live on the third floor. Still super fun though.  We had dinner at a member's house after and that was a great time. If you need a scripture to laugh at 2 Kings 2:23 is a good one. Thursday!!! We did some more service!!! We helped a catholic crisis center organization their donation clothes. That was a blast! The Elders we were working with were so goofy!  On Friday we had District Council which was good and I learned some things I want to implement into my work.  Monday, April 13, 2026 Eagle Creek, IN This week was great! I made it to 7 months! The best 7 months ever!  We had exchanges Monday night and all of Tuesday. We tried to bring up baptism at every interaction. We saw so many miracles through doing this! We had a great time and a crazy member meal.  We were able to find lots of people this week! We had a good interaction with a member who is inactive. He told us about his mission and why he doesn't come to church, we were able to bring some of the spirit with us.  I hope that it was impactful. We met the new senior sister missionary in our ward.  There are now 11 missionaries in our ward, isn't that crazy?   She is super cute and fun, I'm excited to get to know her better as we serve together. Monday, April 6, 2026 Eagle Creek (Indianapolis), IN This week was so  good, there were so many great opportunities! This week we really focused on the members in our ward and making sure they are taken care of as well.  We were able to get in contact with one member who is so sweet.  We were able to share a message with him and give him a Book of Mormon and invite him back to church. Then we met with a member who hasn't been taught since her baptism, we're helping her prepare for the temple!  We had interviews with the Mission President which were awesome.  I love getting to council with President Matheson! I learned a lot about ministering, and how important it is to minister to everyone.  General Conference was so good!
