 Monday, October 19, 2026 Anderson, IN Wow what a wonderful week! This week we still have been struggling a bit with finding new people to teach but we are slowly coming back. It has been such an interesting experience training a new missionary; I remember all the extra things we had to do when I was new and what that was like. We had her mentor meeting Tuesday which was cool being on the other end of it and knowing all the right answers to the mentor's questions. The hard part is letting Sister Petersen learn and answer.  We had a lesson with a recent convert and sister Petersen taught the Spirit World so well! It has been so cool to just see how ready she is to teach people, and watch her grow her confidence!  Wednesday we dropped off copies of the Book of Mormon to the young women for their activity, they painted the covers and gave them back for us to pass out to some of our friends. Monday, October 12, 2026 Anderson, IN What an amazing week! I have learned and grown so much already and it has only been a few days!  At the beginning of the week there was not too much to report other than I had a training meeting about training and that was interesting because basically they were like, "You're going to shape this missionary's mission, so be a good trainer", but no pressure. On transfer day I was so so so nervous because they don't tell you who you are going to be training until you are all standing in a circle and they just call both of your names!  When the time came, I was so grateful to meet Sister Petersen! Wow, she is so amazing! I love her so much already! Monday, October 5, 2026 Anderson, IN Hello! I hope y'all enjoyed conference as much as I did! To begin this week we had interviews with President Flanagan! Which were good, but definitely had me thinking really hard this week! He asked me if I had been in a leadership position yet and I said "nope"...and that I really want to be! So our conversation had me in my head all week for some reason. Then General Conference over the weekend! It was so so so good! We watched it with some members in our ward and our recent convert Freddie.  It was so cool to hear all the talks about missionary work and people who recently joined the church.  Also the talk about gambling, which really had me confused because I didn't think it was that prevalent, but right after the talk Freddie said, "well I guess I have to delete that app!"
