This was such a good week!
Highlights from the week included:

We had to trek through the snow! We had a huge snow storm last Sunday and Monday and it has stuck around all week. We had to walk through about a foot of snow to get to a lesson, it was slow glowing but we made it eventually.

We were able to find some people this week, so that was great.  We've had a hard time getting people to answer their doors because of the cold, nobody wants to open their door and let out the heat, or step out onto the porch to freeze!  On Friday we had District Council and we got to take our "end of the transfer" pictures with however many months we have been out.   One of the Sister's I car-share with is going home, I'm going to miss her!

Saturday we had to up at 6am to go to a stake missionary conference.  The conference was so fun, we helped the youth learn how to teach a lesson to a friend which was fun. Then we had a Q&A session and answered the youth's questions about missionary service. Some kids had goofy questions and some were really good!

The Plainfield Sister's had a baptism that we attended and after the baptism, our friend Brent took us out to dinner.   Saturday was the best day!  On Sunday the Elders had a baptism, but their friend didn't come to church, so they had to go find him. Turns out he got called into work and while he told his employer that he had his baptism, they wouldn't let him leave; he actually just walked out and headed to his baptism anyway! That is a lot of faith!

We had three of our investigators show up to church on Sunday.  That was a great blessing and we taught two of them after and set up another teaching appointment.
My spiritual thought this week comes from Mosiah 18:
10 Now I say unto you, if this be the desire of your hearts, what have you against being baptized in the name of the Lord, as a witness before him that ye have entered into a covenant with him, that ye will serve him and keep his commandments, that he may pour out his Spirit more abundantly upon you?

I love this verse because it teaches baptism so simply.
